Below are two different recommended email templates (lighter or professional language) that you can utilize to send to your group of professionals, instructing them as to what they need to do to get started using Clearview Social: 

Lighter Template:
     Subject: Heads-Up! Your new account on Clearview Social is coming

Just wanted to give you a heads up that you will soon have access to Clearview Social, the easiest way to share to your LinkedIn account. 

What is Clearview Social? It is a platform that allows professionals to share business content approved by the firm to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with just one click.

Why do I want to use Clearview Social? Because more visibility drives more business. With Clearview Social we make sure you stay top of mind with your highest value relationships by sharing quality articles, blogs and news regularly.

Is it hard to use? See instructions below. You can get up and running in less than 30 seconds.

Professional Template:

     Subject: Details regarding our firm utilizing a new software called Clearview Social:

Dear Partners:

After dozens of requests for a way to make it easier for everybody in the firm to share firm content, blog posts, and invitations to firm events on LinkedIn, we have invested in a program that will allow us to send you short emails with firm articles. All you need to do is open these emails, click on the article to share, and the article will be automatically scheduled to be shared to your LinkedIn account (and Twitter or Facebook accounts if you connect them). It only takes one click once your account is set up. 

To set up your account, please watch for an email you will receive in the next 24 to 48 hours that will provide you with a link you must click on to authorize the sending of these emails. Once you’ve clicked on this link, simply authorize sharing to your LinkedIn account once, and the program will remember you afterward.
