The key to a successful Clearview Social rollout involves a little preparation and some communication with your team at your organization. Here are a few tips to start you off on the right foot.
Know your audience
What is the social skill level within your business? Are the people using Clearview Social regular social media users? Or, have they barely ever logged on to LinkedIn or Twitter? Knowing this in advance can help save you a lot of time.
Heads-up!
Give your team a heads-up and let them know what's going to be happening. We recommend that you send them something like the following:
Just wanted to let everyone know that we are going to be starting an exciting new program to help boost business at our firm! If you don't know your LinkedIn e-mail or password, please follow the instructions in this link: https://www.linkedin.com/uas/request-password-reset
Don't have a LinkedIn? Create one here: https://www.linkedin.com/
Want to send an e-mail to your organization telling them what they have to do to get started?

Connect with IT
If you've never spoken to anyone in your IT department, today might be a good day to start. They will be able to help you answer questions about your company's blog, to make sure your shiny new emails don't go to spam, and to ensure your email server is up to date so everyone can share successfully!
(HINT- Tell them to whitelist our email address noreply@clearviewsocial.com so your beautifully crafted queues don't go to spam!)
By following these simple steps you can prep your team for a successful Clearview Social experience!
