While curated RSS feeds can be a great source for content, sometimes you find something out on the web that you want to share to your social networks. Clearview Social has created some bookmarks to help you work with the content you find on the web.
Setting up the Bookmarks Toolbar
Before you can save these bookmarks, you should have a bookmarks toolbar visible in your browser. Each browser has different setup instructions—here are the most common:
Setting up the Bookmarks
When you log into Clearview Social, click on the Share via bookmark item in the navigation menu. Note that this link only appears in the menu for desktop browsers and does not show up in our mobile app. On this page, you can choose the Add to Queue (visible only for administrators) or Share bookmarks to save to your bookmarks toolbar.
How to Share Bookmarks
Once you have added the Share bookmarks to your bookmarks toolbar, you can use it to share webpages that you find on the web. If you are on an article and want to schedule a Share for that article, simply click on the Share bookmarks. Clearview Social will load, and you will be prompted with our Share Scheduler modal window to edit details about the Share.
Using the Add to Queue Bookmark
The Add to Queue bookmark is a great way to add content to your Queue that is not already a part of your Content Library. Once you have added the Add to Queue bookmark to your bookmarks toolbar, you can use it to add content that you find on the web to your most recently created draft queue.
Create a Queue
When visiting an article that you would like to queue, click the Add to Queue bookmark
Clearview Social will load your team's Build Queues page
Click on the title of the Queue you created, and you will see your newly-added article!
