Improving your Engagement within Groups

Tips and tricks for improving your User Engagement when you are the leader of a Group.

As a leader of a Group inside Clearview Social, one of your primary goals is probably to get all the Users within your group engaged and sharing the content you suggest. However, sometimes that task may seem hard with different offices and timezones to account for. Not to worry, at Clearview Social we make it easy to reach out and send the correct reminder email through the software. Here are the steps:

  1. Log into your Clearview Social account and click on User Management.

  2. Filter the page by your particular group using the filter at the top of the page:

3. Export the list of your Users:

4. Send the "Pending " Users this suggested email:

Hi ____,

I am reaching out because I went through our Clearview Social org and saw that you never had a chance to get started. Clearview Social is a software tool we use to help you share to social media with very little effort and build your brand. If you are interested in using this tool, let me know and I can send you over a Welcome Email prompting you to get started. In the meantime, here is a very brief video explaining Clearview Social further.

5. Send the "Active Users" with "Expired" listed under their LinkedIn and Facebook column this suggested email:

Hi ____,

I am reaching out because I noticed your LinkedIn or Facebook account has expired within Clearview Social which is preventing you from sharing our suggested content. It is very easy to refresh your LinkedIn and Facebook account, I am going to send you an email in the next couple of minutes that will prompt you to refresh your account. Once you click the refresh button you will be all set to continue sharing. If you have any questions please let me know.

6. Go back to the User Management page and click the Resend Welcome emails and Resend Reminder Emails buttons:

*Make sure the filter is set on your particular group when clicking the buttons*

And you're all set! A reminder will be sent to those Users that need to either set up their accounts or reconnect their social media accounts. Doing this on a regular basis will increase the engagement of your group and create those social media advocates you were hoping for!
