Has a share gone out recently that you don't recall approving? You most likely are wondering how this happened, and want to make sure this doesn't happen again. Luckily, most of the time this is a result of the Share All button. This feature was designed to save time by having users share all the articles in a certain queue. However, users often don't fully understand that clicking "Share All" will schedule all of the articles in that queue to be scheduled out in future time slots using Peaktime. Lets take a look at how this works:
What should I do now?
If an article is scheduled to be shared and you don't want to have it shared, follow these directions.
Go to the Content page:
You can click on Cancel:
This will cancel your scheduled share.
You can also click on edit and, within the share modal, click on cancel to cancel this share as well.
If a share has already gone out to Linkedin, follow these steps:
Find your share on Linkedin and click on the ellipsis off to the right.
The select Delete post in the drop down menu.
If a share has already gone out to Facebook, follow these steps:
Find your share on Facebook and click on the ellipsis off to the right.
Then locate the delete option in the drop down menu.
If a share has already gone out to Twitter, follow these steps:
Find your share on Twitter and click on the downwards arrow off to the right.
Then locate the delete option in the drop down menu.
