When you start a new post based off an article, PostHaste will use the featured image for the article as the image connected with your post. There are three options to change this image.

Note: You cannot completely remove the image. Posts with images vastly outperform posts without an image.

Upload my own

If you already have an image you would like to use, you can select this image by clicking Upload my own and selecting the location of the image on your hard drive. This will open the Shutterstock image editor. If you don't want to make any changes, click Save and Close. Your uploaded image will replace the previous image for your post.

Other from article

If there are multiple images available in the article you've selected, you can find them by clicking Other from article. A new window will appear with all the available article images. In most cases, there's only one choice unless it's an image-heavy article.

Shutterstock

We've partnered with Shutterstock to provide a wide variety of stock photos for use with PostHaste. When you open the Shutterstock browser, you will be presented with a selection of recently popular images. You can search for images related to your post using the search bar at the bottom left of the window.

Once you've selected your image, click Continue to open the editor. Once you're happy with your image, click Save and Close to return to your post.
