Once you've shared an article to your social network(s) using Clearview Social, our software will keep track of who is clicking on your content. We display that information in the article library on the Share Articles page and in the Recent Shares section of the Results page using a feature called Find Out Who.
How can I see who has viewed my content?
When you log into Clearview Social and visit the Share Articles page, articles you have previously shared will show the networks to which you have shared and the number of clicks your article has received. If we are able to find the location of your readers, we include a dropdown box immediately below the click count. Simply click the dropdown to view the organizations that have viewed your content.
Does this show everyone that has viewed my content?
Unfortunately, we are unable to discover the location of every user that has clicked on your content. Many people browse through their home internet providers or at locations that are behind a firewall. Those internet connections are routed through central hubs that are indistinguishable from one another. In situations like this, we can only see that someone using "Cable Company X" has viewed your content, but not where they are located.
How can Find Out Who help me?
By using Find Out Who, you may be able to better tailor your content for your audience. If you are targeting certain businesses, you can measure how effectively you are engaging them. Find Out Who is just one of the ways Clearview Social can help your team boost its online presence and connect with your audience!
