Typically for a custom Queue email template we would need to get the following in advance:
Prototype/mock image of the email Assets for the email (banner images, button images, etc)
* Any custom text that would go in the email
Once we have that, a 2-3 week turnaround time for us to create this email template will be necessary. If the custom Queue email template follows the format of the original template pretty closely, only making minor changes, then we might be able to turn it around more quickly. If it's highly customized it might be closer to 3-4 week turnaround time. We also want to consider lead time for testing the new template, and making modifications, which usually can be done within a week's time.
Image asset sizes:
Banner / Logo size: 575px width hard-limit (not constrained by height)
Share image size: Currently 160 x 83 pixels
Share button size: 76 x 30 pixels
Share all button size: 147 x 40 pixels
Depending on development time, Custom Email Templates typically cost around $1000 to initially develop.
