The Leaderboard shows a list of your team members with statistics on how well they are engaging their audience through ClearView Social. Our software tracks the number of times a team member shares a piece of content, how wisely they share it, and the number of times a URL shared to social media is clicked.
The Leaderboard Score
The score is calculated as a factor of both SocialScore of Shared Articles and Clicks
The Score is calculated from both Shares and Clicks—a Share is worth that Share's SocialScore and a Click is worth 1 point. (Learn more about how a share's SocialScore is calculated here.)
Sharing to Multiple Networks
When a team member shares to multiple networks (e.g. one article is shared to both LinkedIn and Twitter), we count that as two unique shares. The clicks for that article, however, are aggregated across shares.
If you want to see the Leaderboard stats for a specific group, you can do so by selecting a group from the dropdown box at the top of the Leaderboard page:
