We want to ensure the onboarding process is as seamless as possible. With that in mind, we've compiled a few resources to help you prepare your colleagues for your Clearview Social launch. Below you'll find two email templates that you can send to your users, a video from our founder, Adrian Dayton, and a PDF with account setup instructions. You can use any of these resources in any combination to ensure your users are ready to start posting.

Subject: Heads-Up! Your new account on Clearview Social is coming

Just wanted to give you a heads up that you will soon have access to Clearview Social, the easiest way to share to your LinkedIn account. 

What is Clearview Social? It is a platform that allows professionals to share business content approved by the firm to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook with just one click.

Why do I want to use Clearview Social? Because more visibility drives more business. With Clearview Social we make sure you stay top of mind with your highest value relationships by sharing quality articles, blogs and news regularly.

Is it hard to use? See instructions below. You can get up and running in less than 30 seconds.

Subject: Details regarding Clearview Social, our new employee advocacy software:

Dear Partners:

After dozens of requests for an easier way to share firm content, blog posts, and invitations to firm events on LinkedIn, we have invested in a program that will allow us to send you short emails with firm articles. All you need to do is open these emails, click on the share button, and the article will be automatically scheduled to be shared to your LinkedIn account (and Twitter or Facebook accounts if you connect them). It only takes one click once your account is set up. 

To set up your account, please watch for an email you will receive in the next 24 to 48 hours that will provide you with a link. You must click on this link to authorize the connection and begin receiving emails with company-approved content. Once you’ve clicked on this link, simply authorize sharing to your LinkedIn account, and the program will remember you going forward.
